As a Team member in the Talent Services MENA Recruitment Support team you will be responsible for
To contribute to the employment screening process by collecting, researching, verifying, analyzing, compilation of verified data and provide final reports to the client.
Assisting in delivery of services (report) to the internal and external stakeholders and clients within the timeline defined.
Conduct analysis of audit findings and proactively highlight process issues and any client specific issues.
Strong inter-personal skills, report writing skills and good acumen of verification process.
Good networking and research to conduct verification from sources.
Maintenance of Trackers/MIS
Contribute to effective team work in internal engagement situation
Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improves process so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge
Contribute individually, being a role model to others
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
1- 3 yrs experience with exposure to HR processes, HR Systems, Recruitment Systems
Should be Proficient in MS office suite (MS Excel) & Analytical skills
Ability to multitask
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail, clarity
Client serving mind set
Hard working, be able to stay focused when doing repetitive work, and remain calm during challenging assignments
