Job Description
The Team Lead - C&B Service Delivery will be part of the Novartis Business Services Compensation Solutions Team, based in NGSC C&B Hyderabad. The Team Lead - C&B Service Delivery is responsible for providing leadership, managing and implementing the selected C&B services and continuous improvement initiatives as well as managing the relationships with the service recipients in the countries. The role will provide high level expert support and consultation to the business and HR Teams.

Major Accountabilities:
• Manage processes and standards for all C&B Service Delivery aspects in close cooperation with the respective Process Leads and IT • Act as Point of Escalation in the event that customers are not getting the service that they expect and ensure that escalations are addressed and resolved within agreed timelines. • Work closely with stakeholders at global / regional / country level per service and/or continuous improvement initiative; these are usually, HRBPs, HR Boards, respective Committees, Process Leads, IT, Finance. • Contract and set expectations with Unit HR / others as relevant on what services C&B Service Delivery will provide and ensure that roles and responsibilities for processes end-to-end are clearly defined and understood. • Drive / participate budget planning discussions, SLA process and is responsible for the budget/resource allocation for the area of responsibility. • Proactively apply organizational diagnostic expertise to analyse and identify potential design improvements, providing change management support and appropriate communications for the implementation of new services and processes Operations, Monitoring & Control: • While leading a region, also take responsibility as NBS C&B Expert for a country(s) and perform and execute process deliverables for the country in scope. Review the deliverables of the team and guide and consult the team to operationally complete and meet the expectations of the regional role. • Participate and ensure smooth transition of new geographies into NGSC fold • Drive periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives, monitor, and initiate improvement activities as required. • Implement HR KPIs for C&B Service Delivery and drive actions to ensure achievement against KPIs, report timely on the performance against KPIs and solicit regular customer feedback on performance. • Work very closely with Global Process leads to identify and improve on process improvements and governance for all in-scope processes. • Ensure compliance with legal framework, SOX requirements, etc. • Ensure adoption and adherence to Novartis HR practices and guidelines, assuring that these are transparent to the respective organization. People & Organization: • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of C&B professionals. • Align with other Divisions & countries on organization, people and process related topics.
Minimum requirements
Post Graduate degree required– World at Work or HR qualification English 10 - 12 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits and/or Service Delivery Management essential • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing team – high-learning agility •
