IT TelesalesFull-time, on-site in the client office in Delhi, India (1 year contract)SDL is currently looking for an IT Telesales to contribute to manage telephone lead qualification within the client's EBG programme.
The candidate will be based in the client's office in Delhi, India.
It is a full-time, on-site role with an initial of one year contract to start with.
It is highly likely that the contract will be extended and renewed annually afterwards.
Our client is a leading global ICT solutions provider.Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be given leads which have come from website and events enquiries; data captured in to the client's database.
Before the leads are sent through to the client's Sales Team to progress, these call handlers are to contact the leads to qualify/validate specific elements of data: name and company, budget, product/service etc.
The updated data will be captured in the client's database for extraction by the Sales Team to follow up.
There is no requirement for the call teams to - sell- to the contacts.Key Requirements:- Experience of the IT industry, being able to demonstrate a good understanding of the sector- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi (compulsory), knowledge of Bengali is advantaged- At least 2 years experience within the telemarketing industry, preferably within an outbound calling lead qualification process- Experience within the IT industry preferable- Results oriented with an ability to work to tight timelines- Willing to contribute ideas and energy- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous mind-set- Planning/organisational skills- Experience in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team- Work onsite in client office within Huawei Marketing Department Skills:- Telesales, Business Development and Sales
