Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in deploying tools infrastructure for a global team. Experience with SQL, developing Chrome script/extensions, and reporting tools and techniques.
Experience in project management and/or program management.
Experience working with product managers and engineers and developing business/process requirement/process documents.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree.
2 years of experience in trust and safety, content moderation, and/or large-scale vendor operations.
Experience working with one of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, or PHP.
Experience working with teams in a dotted-line or direct team management scope to get things done.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. As the Tools and Automation Lead, you will be responsible for driving the tools strategy for Trust & Safety Global vendor operations. Scope includes internal tools built within vendor operations and those built by Engineering teams. You will work in partnership with Program Managers, Engineering, and regional vendor partners to understand their needs and help identify the best tools development and implementation strategy.
You're a strategic leader who possesses the ability to work globally and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders through effective relationship building, influence, and communication.

Responsibilities
Create an ideas pipeline for new tools/automation opportunities. Assess automation opportunities using various technology/platforms.
Write business requirement documents and present to product managers and engineers.
Manage the development and implementation of final tools, including, reviewing scripts, coding, existing infrastructure, and changes.
