Job Title: UAT Tester
Location: Pune

The User Acceptance Test Analyst is responsible for supporting the Senior Desktop and Telephony Test Manager in the test execution (QA / UAT & BLP) of Contact Centre applications and capabilities across the Contact Centre Technology estate
Support business colleagues in defining detailed ‘testable’ requirements
Completion of test closure projects.
End-to-end testing, from testing scripts, designing and execution 
Execute tests and collate evidence
Ensure constructive working relationships within team
Own the test tasks for their respective team
Influences test approach for the scrum team with consideration of dependencies across other scrum teams
Share knowledge to the test community on new features (both in technology and business change)
Evidence test execution and defects to support the S05 Barclays Agile Change Lifecycle (BACL) Governance or Lean Control tool (LCT)

What will you be doing?
Support small change process for application changes within Transaction 15 (Contact Centre Technology) (BAU & project initiated changes)
Responsible to work with business stakeholders to define a clear testing scope to inform the planning of User acceptance Testing and Business Live Proving for telephony applications under Contact Centre Technology 
Responsible for the analysis of business requirements to create and maintain testing products for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) such as test scripts, scenarios, reporting and defect management under Contact Centre Technology remit
Responsible for conducting UAT activity on a large/complex projects including the development of the UAT Approach Plan
Responsible for QA UAT activity within a AGILE sprint team 
Support development of User Acceptance Testing ‘Centre of Excellence’ using industry best practise techniques, training and reporting tools i.e.  Agile Central / Jira
Support and deploy projects to improve desktop and telephony application systems
Execute and support the business telephony & IVR application strategy
Monitor the progress of delivery, including networking across Barclays Group to anticipate issues before they arise and plan mitigating actions in advance
Support and drive the business Change Delivery Business Acceptance Testing strategy

What we’re looking for:
Strong experience and knowledge of all testing processes including defect management 
Telephony Cloud Architecture
Integration Services (RESTful API, data streams, files)
IVR Self-Service Technologies:
Voice XML
TTS (Text to Speech), ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), NLP (Natural Language Processing)
Cloud Based IVR API design

Experience of Agile delivery 
Contact Center Technologies:
ACD (Automatic Call Distributor), Skilled Based Routing, CTI (Compute Telephony Integration), Predictive Dialer, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Call Center Agent: Desktop/Soft-Phone integration, WFM (Work Flow Management) Contact Center Reporting/Analytics, Multimedia Omni-Channel Communications, 
Architecture concepts like:

All Pune based roles will eventually start to move to this new campus starting September 2019.
