Lead UI/ UX Designer in the IT Advisory Services team to work on UI / UX based projects for our customers across the globe.
Your client responsibilities:
Be passionate about pixels. Work with UX and product management to build a superbly functional and elegant user experience.
Develop dynamic interfaces that work across multiple browser types and also play nicely with mobile devices.
Think, then do, making sure there’s a design to back up all that code you’re laying down.
Sprint with your team members in agile mode, knocking out tasks and bugs while always looking out for places to streamline the code base.
Dive into customer issues when needed to an excellent customer experience.
Own significant portions of system functionality; work with product management to define what needs to be done; execute on the plan.
Understand the current system and come up with creative ideas for refactoring or proactively improving the code base during normal work following principles of Keep It Simple and Don’t Repeat Yourself
Thrive on variety and working on all aspects of building a web application, over the entire development cycle. We all do task breakdowns, estimate times, design, code, fix bugs, make suggestions, and work with the database as needed.
Produce high quality code that meets our coding guidelines. Tasks are not complete without thorough testing.
Seek out and perform code, security, scalability and sustainability reviews from other developers proactively. Accept feedback and make improvements.

Technical skills requirements:
BE/B.Tech/MCA & MBA with a sound industry experience of 6 to 8 years in UI/Visualization development for software applications which leverage various channels including; web, mobile, tablet.
Experience with the implementation of Responsive Web Design (RWD) solutions.
Hands-on experience with the following:
designing with advanced visualization technologies such as D3.js and Processing.js
client-side frameworks such as Angular and Ember and developing on portal platforms such as Liferay Portal
At least one UX design tool such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Fireworks, Dreamweaver, visual studio, Xtend, Flash, Flex,
Experience on making logo design to web sites and web application architecture.
Object oriented programming, MVC and other design patterns
Understanding of cross-platform browser compatibility issues is a must
