The total production volume of the off-highway applications of the NEF is approximately 150,000 engines per year. The complexity and the strategic importance of this project for the business of Iveco required a very dynamic, pro-active management style to meet the production deadlines, the target cost and the engine reliability levels.  Managed over 30 Design and Test Engineers  Coordinated cross-functional teams with Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality Control and Manufacturing Departments for the production launch of the new engines  Represented Iveco in various technical commissions of Euromot (European Engine  Manufacturer Association) to define the development of the emission legislation for the off-highway engines and the technical implications on the engines
