The position is responsible for achievement of gross acquisition & revenue targetas per budget . Ensuring expansion of distributor, DSEs / retail as per plan -prepaid distribution to all 1.5k or more population town. Stock management, monthly tracking of market share. DSEs training on regular basis. Distributor performance appraisal & ROI submission on timely basis
Ensuring Target v/s Achievement of UB, Handsets, Retail Expansion, WCC, Retail development at uncovered towns
Recruitment & Retention of DSEs,Runners & Merchandisers as per Distribution norms
Maintaining leadership market share in assign territory
Plan & Arrange Retail meet on regular basis
Value additionsto Self as well as across channel
Ensuring maximum visibility at retail level & placements of POS at each counter
proficiency in Excel and PPT
Any graduate / post graduate with relevant experience
