Description

Performs essential functions in the areas of achievement of sales target, process improvement, distribution management, people development and self development.
Improves sales process including reduction in SAC as per targets, ensures invoicing/recharge stocks/FO S norm. Ensures people development through Training & Value-addition to PFL s and Trade FOS. Also responsible for zero percent manpower attrition ofVG can didates only, maintains leadership share of minimum 50% within private GSM in a ll premium and A+ retailers and ensures self development through valueaddition to self.
Improves sales process including reduction in SAC as per targets, ensures invoicing/recharge stocks/FOS norm and competition trackin g of all activities for 10 identified outlets.
Ensures quality through Visibility Audit scoresof greater t han 80%, POI greater than 95%.
Creates one Model Distribution set-up.
Ensures people development through Training & Value-addition to PFLs and Trade FOS.
