Description

The main responsabilities are:Lead the HR Integration: processes, systems, policies, looking for synergies and ensuring proper support from the rest of the organization to deliver on plan;
Acts as a business partner and is an active member of leadership team covering all divisions and staff in both businesses;Leads HR strategy and drives all HR processes ensuring governance and compliance within the local legislations;Manages local and global stakeholders to reach objectives through effective communication;Coaches business leaders and other local and remote managers and acts as a soundboard for the leadership team in implementation of Local HR Strategy;Responsible for establishing and maintaining HR partnerships with employees and with the Business & Management Team Members;Acts as a voice of the country to the HR regional team and participates into defining and implementing the regional HR strategy and policies.Act as an advisory role for the HR annual processes;Effectively support employee relations issues in line with business Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
Acts as employee advocate as required;
Participates and advice Management on HR related decisions for both affiliates;Responsible for Training & Development design and programs delivery;Responsible for Onboarding and Integration of new talent into our affiliate;Leads and participate to specific projects at local and regional level within the Human Resources area.


The successful candidate has the following skills:A Bachelor's degree in Labor relations, Business Administration, Economics with Human Resources specialization;
7+ years of related experience as HR Business Partner within a multinational company;Experience in an international business environment;
Experience in working with SAP or Success Factors a plus;Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially presentations & excel;Experience driving process improvements;Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate at several levels of internal management;Excellent Italian and English, both written and verbal.
