HR Sourcing & Talent Acquisition Trainee
Position Summary
What you’ll do:
You will support the Strategic Sourcing team in creating pipelines of high-potential candidates for our 20+ consulting practices operating in three countries. You will be involved in the full cycle of candidates’ sourcing, being the first point of contact with exceptional talents willing to join BCG strategic consultancy. You will join the team responsible for active mapping of candidates, definition of most promising sourcing pools, first contact and phone screening, liaising with partners and senior consultants acting as practice leaders.

Job Responsibilities
You are good at:
Scouting and contacting potential candidates on LinkedIn, conducting phone screens and prioritize candidates based on position’s requirements
Updating and managing database entries, ensuring that all relevant info is up to date
Conducting analysis, working with numbers and distilling key insights
Cooperating with other corporate and business functions to maximize the efficiency of the Sourcing team

Basic Job Requirements

Precision, excellent organization skills, ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude.
Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests.
Independence and proactivity in performing assigned tasks

Key Competencies
Your key competencies:
Excellent level of written and spoken Italian and English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, comfortable with the use of data based systems and report running.
