This is a key positionto sell service contracts by selling new contracts or renewal of contracts. This position works alongside the Customer Care team members, Service Managers and the Sales Representatives to support pro-active dialogue and customer contact. This position is office based.
Contract Renewal management. Keep, cross-sell and up-sell contractsin current installed base under contract.Negotiate contracts forEnd Of Warranty/ Warranty extension equipments.Realize additional revenue by generatingcontracts for customers with equipment not under contract.Partner and build long-term relationships with external customers.Manage external competitive pressures & discountsDiscuss and negotiate contracts, conditions and discounts with customers in line with defined pricing and discounting rules;dynamically with the value selling required to win deals.High volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day (telesales), but visit key customers in case of significantquotation values / key accountsGive accurate sales forecasting (weekly and even daily)Utilize available CRM tools to research accounts and detect new business opportunitiesDefine and report KPIs to measure initiatives' success (renewal rates, etc.).Partnerships with other company stakeholders to implement continuous improvement in sales processSupport European strategic initiatives for Service Sales developmentWork with Service Managers in countries - Liaise for contracts negotiation.Work with SHR Team Leaders - Operations and Q&D to identify and support the implementation of new outbound Serviceinitiatives
