What you can expect – enriching experiences that will last a lifetime
As part of the Systems team in our People Advisory Services in Germanywide locations you will consult national and international companies regarding HR technologies. You will take on a variety of tasks:
Development of a digital HR architecture with a focus on the overall employer journey
Conceptualization of HR technical process design and HR service management
Development of roadmaps
Integration of ServiceNow
Implementation of user experience in HR solutions, such as SuccessFactors and Workday
What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future
At least three years professional experience in project management and agile methods (Scrum) as well as knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules, such as ITSM, HR and CSM
Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, industrial engineering or computer science; certifications as ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist are an advantage
Analytical skills and precise working methods as well as experience in JavaScript, relational databases and web technologies
Committed team player with a good understanding of HR processes and a high sense of responsibility
Excellent communication skills in German and English
