Job Description
The POSITION delivers value by:

Defining and operationalizing, in collaboration with the SGM, Site Leadership Team, and HR colleagues, a workforce strategy/plan to ensure the site has the right quantity and capability of talent, with effective levels of engagement and productivity, underpinned by a strong culture of Operational Excellence, required to execute the site strategy and achieve desired business results.
Defining and partnering closely with site leadership to develop the next generation of capabilities – both technical and leadership capabilities – to ensure talent retention and a robust talent pipeline to enable the specific Business strategy, and the broader Teva strategy.
Establishing or improving HR service delivery for the site to reduce bureaucracy, leveraging Teva’s global HR infrastructure, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with country labor/employment laws.

Qualifications
University Degree preferably in Economics and Master in HR Management
HR experience required in an industrial environment
Fluency in English spoken and written
