Position Description:
1. Workstation研发项目团队和PA测试团队的关键窗口,负责Workstation项目的所有测试和过程管理。
2. 管理项目中Lab的测试工作,包含根据产品需求和项目schedule,lead lab制定测试方案,保证项目质量和进度。
3. 项目Design阶段Lead cross team准确识别项目风险并进行有效管理。
4. PA关键里程碑/测试进度/状态/风险/问题管理。
Position Requirements:
1. 大学本科及以上学历,3年以上Workstation或Server项目管理经验,自动化/电子/计算机或相关专业。
2. 英语4级以上,能使用英语流畅沟通。
3. 良好的抗压能力,沟通能力和ODM管理能力。
4. 熟悉所有系统测试的流程及规范。
5. 有PMP资质者优先。
6. 工作态度积极认真,有责任心,能主动积极学习
