You will lead a group of Specialists supporting various businesses & regions

You will proactively monitor and run controls pertaining to account maintenance process - work closely with Operations, IT and Front Office and external parties to ensure timely resolution

You will drive process and resource improvement

You will monitor deadlines and resolve critical issues, suggest and implement solutions

You will be responsible for people management, including motivating & developing staff

You will ensure that performance objectives are aligned to Divisional & Firm Strategy

You will handle Client and Stakeholder relationships

You will prepare and perform Monthly Business Review with Regional and Global Managers

You will closely collaborate with Network Managers and represent function on regional and global meetings
Open to discussing flexible/agile working.You Offer 
You have 6-10 years’ work experience in a financial organization – including prior experience within Banking Operations
You have managerial experience and possess developed people leadership skills
You have a deep understanding of banking operations processes and know the principles of safekeeping securities and cash transactions
You have excellent communication skills (English), knowledge of German is a solid asset
Experience in managing and improving a business process is required
Organization and Stakeholder Management skills are required
You are a dedicated self-starter, with a "can do" attitude
You feel comfortable in change environment
