Our carrier teams drive Vodafone's global trading of network capacity and international voice, SMS and signalling services.  Joining as our Account Manager, Voice now has never been a better time to be part of our success. Role Profile:The Account Manager, Voice will Responsible for driving profitable margin growth, protection/renewal of existing business and account relationships within the sub region. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Voice sales to meet and exceed set targets on assigned accountsRenew/establish bilateral voice trade deals with the aim to maximise profitability on assigned accountsContract accounts to connect on the Intelligent Routing Platform and ensure sign off on technical order forms on named accounts.Liaison with Commercial, Operations, Legal and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Acts as Voice of the Customer within VCS to ensure that customers views and needs influence our marketing mix including product / proposition Essential: Strong and credible sales experience, with a proven performance focus and drive and who can demonstrate a consistent track record of success in delivering on sales targets Reasonable understanding of the International wholesale voice businessProven success in operating within a matrix environment and a record of achieving results through a large and dispersed functional team Ability to operate under pressure and to deliver quality to tight deadlinesMust be able to communicate, read and write Mandarin at business levelDesirable: University bachelor degree3-5 years plus sales or commercial experience in wholesale voiceStrong business acumen with a deep strategic perspective and ability to quickly understand business strategy.What is the key to our success?
