Description

Actuarial Manager, Pricing (General Insurance)The Manager in General Insurance Team will be an integral member of the actuarial department who will work in collaboration with other key stakeholders across the organization to deliver business KPIs.

The primary job responsibilities include:

- Lead and drive collaboration with team members and counterparts in business units in pricing initiatives of General Insurance products

- Support team lead to create pricing and monitoring framework to improve profitability of business

- Design appropriate risk management framework to manage and price the product risk

- Diverse pricing exposure to variety of products across various distribution channels

- Opportunity to co-create innovative and customer focused products to cater for emerging needs in the digital economy

- Ensure internal and regulatory compliance with MAS and other external regulatory bodies


Qualifications

- Good progress in actuarial qualifications with either US, UK, or Australia Actuarial Institutes

- At least 7 years of relevant experience in General Insurance actuarial function

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Strong team player who is adaptable, open to a dynamic working environment and willing to explore new ways of working

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience in data visualization and analytics tools will be an advantage
