Officer is based within the Network job familyThe role of the Administrative
Officer is  to provide
office administration and coordination support to the Fault Management and
Configuration Management divisions within the Network Management GroupYour responsibilities will include:General
office managementMaintain
a comprehensive online filing systemMinute
taking and Ensure that all minutes and meeting attendance registers are
properly filed Compile,
co-ordinate and manage various calendars and Schedule meetings and ensure that
all logistics surrounding meetings are addressedHandle
customer complaints (internal and external) Support
the EHOD and Management team with EVO administration, ensuring that purchase
orders are raised timeously, purchases are within budget and suppliers are paid
on time Ensure that all travel arrangements are made
timeously for the divisionsCo-ordinate
workshops and event management Track
all delegated tasks and work in progress and report on work in progress Raise
and track purchase orders and receipting

ideal candidate for this role will have: Matric
(essential) Secretarial
certificate/diploma or equivalent qualification (essential) Microsoft
Office – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet etc. (essential)IT/Telecommunications
environment (advantageous)Core
competencies, knowledge and experience 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar
management (essential) Financial
administration (advantageous)
