1) Provide direction, support and leadership to the General Distributors and their dealer network. 2) Assist the Distributors to develop and grow their total Aftersales business through positive communication and direction across all key areas. 3) Maximize all opportunities through effective implementation of sales, marketing, and dealer development processes to enhance customer desire and satisfaction for all of the represented FCA brands. 4)Coordinate all technical service activities with multiple general distributors to ensure successful launch and on-going support of OEM vehicles.1)Promote and market FCA’s programs, products and services to ensure the organization is viewed as a trusted and professional partner by the General Distributor network. 2)Providing support where required to all business functions and effectively collaborating and actively participating in any APAC regional requirements. 3)Remaining current with best practice standards across the industry to ensure FCA is focusing on delivering exceptional practices across Service & Parts. 4)Develop and implement tools, reports and measures to provide the management team with market performance to support strategic decision making. 5)Identifying growth opportunities within the General Distributor networks and partner with them to · Develop all areas of their Aftersales business operations: sales, marketing, customer retention and workshop productivity; · Ensure they are set up correctly, appropriately resourced and trained to achieve their sales, customer satisfaction and FFT (Fixed First Time) objectives 6)Ensure effective monitoring is in place for technical issues in markets. Appropriate liaison with factory for technical resolution and 360 degree feedback to the markets. 7)Ensure that the General Distributor’s Dealer Network is effectively trained across all Technical and Non-Technical areas. 8)Work with Network Development and General Distributor partners to ensure compliance and accountability for FCA standards across service and parts. 9)Work with his Aftersales Senior Management team to implement appropriate strategies to improve parts growth, with both APAC developed initiatives and those provided by the FCA Global parent companies. 10)Establish and monitor General Distributor Targets and performance across parts sales. 11)Manage daily technical service interactions with general distributors & importers. 12)Coordinate mandatory dealerships special tools and equipment requirements. 13)Deliver and coordinate Technical Training, Aftersales Training, and Aftersales Process training to general distributors & importers. 14)Provide phone & email based technical support and occasional in-dealership technical support. 15)Communicate service campaigns and recalls to general distributors & importers. 16)Process warranty pre-authorization and claims management.
1)Proven experience in putting the customer first. 2)Analytical skills with Strong financial acumen. 3)Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to represent the company both internally and externally. 4)Being able to confidently and competently assess all cross functional Aftersales requirement. 5)High attention to detail and time management skills. 6)Minimum bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related degree 7)5+ years minimum experience working in automotive OEM / Supplier Technical Service department or calling on dealerships / general distributors. 8)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. 9)Preferred product development and project management experience. 10)Strong English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
