The Agile coach will:Be coaching delivery teams on Kanban and Scrum Frameworks also in Agile mindset (hands-on experience in these frameworks, is mandatory)Be leading, coaching and educating to the enterprise technology delivery capabilities for enablement of effective Scrum masters, Scrum development teams, product owners, ... to ensure successful delivery of continuous business valuesFacilitate the assessments of the team on a monthly basis (progress and drive continued Agile maturity, collaborate with teams on improvements in their Agile journey..)Influence management and leadership teams within our delivery practicesDrive adoption and agile maturity of the new delivery model across the company (multiple teams)Cultivate an innovative and transparent environment where the teams express themselvesImplement and execute Agile in an environment where people are unfamiliar with itDevelop quality management, agile principles and organisational developmentWork across all level of organisations and within metrics environmentsHave a good understanding of organisational change management (experience in ADKAR or other change methodologies)Coach Junior staff, peers and others on Agile

The Agile should have a Bachelor or a master degree in Technology or equivalent in experienceA minimum of 5 years of experience Coaching in AgileVery capable with Scrum Practitioner, Kanban, SAFe frameworks and CA Agile tool experienceExperience in change management methodologies such as AKDARStrong ability to communicate and share with peopleGood organisational and prioritisation skillsOpen minded and ability to work across all levels of the organisationMeet deadlines, problem solver and quality orientedStrong ability to communicate in French and/or English
