Job Description
1. Perform Final Product Inspection which includes Post Autoclave Inspection, Final Product Audit, Sterilization Verification, Re-sort check and documentation verification, perform lens inspection audit (SPC) to ensure consistency, and perform product disposition in accordance to specifications. 2. Perform exception handling such as non-conformance report initiation and product quarantine activities, to ensure on-hold products are quarantine. Support and perform the required inspection support for validation project and engineering studies. Conduct self-assessment to lean inspection processes and initiate continuous improvement. 3. Perform other duties as required by supervisor. 4. To revise standard operating procedures and functional documents as required 5. Attend HSE training programs and comply with all HSE guidelines. Report unsafe conditions, injuries, near misses and hazard. Wear personnel protective equipment (PPE) as required. 6. Perform the role of a lens inspection trainer. Coordinate and provide the lens inspection/ primary packaging, secondary packaging training per site qualification program for production, QC and MRI associates. 7. Support QC laboratories with testing when necessary 8. Perform duties of a shift lead
Minimum requirements
ITE or equivalent English 3-5 year experience in Quality laboratory position or equivalent.
