This role is to enable regional Business Partner Services with all relevant support and information, necessary to fulfill regional Business Units Information Service requests. That means “bridging” gaps between central delivery of global services or projects and regional internal Business Partner environment.
Drive Operational Excellence within your area of responsibility, especially Global Main Services.
Ensure daily operations of Issue, Complaint & Service Level Management team according agreed deliverables
Act to deliver customer value while achieving profitable business results.
Ability to understand the interests of our business partners.
Support customer-oriented team structures and behaviors.
Develop and enhance the relationship to internal business partners
Identify & implement measures for improvement.
Advocate and escalate for the business Partners and FS internally (using Issue, Complaint & Service Level Management process)
Shows added value to the internal Business Partners, Community with professional reports, communications, Newsletter articles, Portal information.
Service Level Management: performing tasks for supported Global Main Services on a regular base and drive Continuous Service Improvement with proactive measures regarding major incident-avoidance, service stability and a steady reflection to customer needs
Issue & Complaint Management: operations according defined processes and KPI definitions and maintain "sharing" of (current and past) issue status and solutions which are important to the community
Maintain intensive interaction with regional Information Management/Key Account Management/regional Business Partner Services teams and Information Service& Supply chain relevant delivery unit teams
University degree business administration/business informatics (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent work experience, Business Science or comparable
Experience in business relationship management, Issue Management or Demand Management Processes
Consulting, moderation, presentation and project management
Established expertise in process consulting and process management
Independent and systematic working
English: business fluent
Basic knowledge of Supply Chain processes
Extended knowledge in IT
Good communication skills
