Lead the sales management of both global and local key accounts in Greater China
Support business development in the sub-region
Manage the contact matrix ensuring that all potential points of contact and influence are being served appropriately.
Main Responsibilities, Tasks & Deliverables
Ability to understand and anticipate customer’s needs in depth and communicate this within team and own organization for account strategy development
Lead regional key account and local negotiations and communicate effectively with regional and global product management teams
Manage the local & regional relationship with key account customer as the key interface to the global key account management team
Manage the key interfaces between global key account team, regional business management, and where required BYC
Strengthen relationship and develop business with local large accounts in Greater China
Drive decision making process for growth achievement with a focus on volume & cCM1
Minimum Education and Qualification Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemistry, business or related discipline
Working Experience: Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience
Other requirements: Strong understanding of the hygiene industry & Fluent in English and excellent presentation skills
