- Work with Integrated Marketing Planning Manager to identify and implement brand strategies based on local consumer/shopper insights, competitive threats and brand issues and opportunities, in compliant to product relevancy and brand guideline.
- Manage the assigned product portfolio by driving integrated marketing plan development long-term and across initiatives that delivers clear, measured impact on Brand and Sales (short and long term) objectives
- Creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to achieve business targets, including but not limited in brand awareness improvement, pillar/category performance, customer adoption of and engagement with Bose’s products
- Taking the annual marketing plan and creating an actionable strategy to support online and offline marketing with a consistent message across all channels
- Understanding the role of different media and channel options, as well as their impact on achieving marketing objectives
- Recommending and executing tactical channel and creative plans, especially on e-commerce channels (Tmall, JD)
- Establishment of objectives, as well as the delivery, monitoring, and communication of campaign results
- Evaluate the effectiveness of in-market activity, and make forward-looking recommendations
- Effectively communicate campaign results, as well as the value of marketing activity, by demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Digital KPIs and their drivers
- Responsible for the coordination between digital offline and retail marketing efforts, to drive a seamless customer experience
- Liaise with cross-function teams and external agencies to wisely plan available resources and ensure campaign delivery in excellence.
- Provide timely and insightful business analysis and reports to adapt strategy and action plans.
