a.Assist and supports the co-ordination of photography for F&B advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office
b.Help with the publication of hotel’s newsletter(s)
c.Represent the department in the absence of the Director of Communications
d.Support communications duties and function as deemed necessary
e.Assist in the liaison and execution of joint F&B promotions
f.Assist in developing F&B promotional materials in support of the F&B Marketing Calendar and dining programmes
g.Ensure the Hotel’s website and related websites are updated on a regular basis
a.Assist and supervise the maintenance of a comprehensive list of International/ local and F&B media contacts. Manage assigned accounts as per the media account management system
b.Assist in the writing and distribution of all press releases, with an emphasis on F&B
c.Manage the execution of hotel F&B sponsored events and community/government relations activities
d.Manage the execution of F&B press promotional activities
e.Ensure the news clipping report is completed on a monthly basis for circulation
