Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, a related technical field, or. l experience.
Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with event, media and creative agencies.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce and Marketo).
Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context.
Ability to flawlessly execute large and complex marketing campaigns at scale.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns.
Creative and innovative, with the ability to communicate cross-functionally within a team.

The Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) Marketing team is responsible for reaching out and serving the small business community. We leverage traditional direct marketing channels, third-party channels, as well as alternative channels to reach prospective advertisers. Our goals are specific and significant – to increase the quantity and quality of new Google Ads advertisers.
As the Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM) for SMB Marketing in the Greater China region, you'll be responsible for leading business planning, internal communications, and operations for the team. In this role, you will partner with counterparts in other regions to drive the development of global objectives and key results each quarter, establish worldwide communications excellence, develop a sound operational platform to enable fast and effective scaling of best practices across channels and countries, and be responsible for internal communications regarding our marketing activities and performances.

Support the SMB marketing strategy to work with and retain advertisers, and support growth for Google in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Plan, implement, and track retention and marketing campaigns.
Innovate and develop best practices for B2B advertising at Google.
Contribute to communication of marketing strategy to senior/executive management in the region and to the broader organization.
Engage external vendors to support SMB Marketing.
