The automation engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing IT services in China, Malaysia, Vietnam, USA, Ireland and Israel factories. The engineer is required to ensure all IT Systems and services in the factories are operating smoothly 24x7. As the first contact providing first line of support to the factories, as well as monitoring the system health/performance, following standard incident, problem, knowledge, change, event and service level management processes. Additionally, the engineer needs to integrate, test, install, configure, and/or support factory automation software system by applying advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve the problem. Besides that, the engineer drives continuous improvement efforts to meet automation systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs. Working hours: Alternate day/night 12 hours shift; 4 days per week.
1. Minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree graduated from Computer and IT related field.
2. Knowledge on computer technology, network and info security.
3. Fundamental understanding about client-server connection, and application-database interaction.
4. Skilled and experienced in IT, Computer and peripheral support.
5. Willing to work in day and night shift (12 hours per shift).
7. Willing to work in Kulim.
6. Able to speak in English and other languages.
