Our client is a recruitment start up specialising in Transformation and Change recruitment.
The management team have some serious pedigree. The firm was set up by the top biller of a 200 strong award winning recruitment business. This is company is definitely one to watch.
You will work alongside the Managing Director who has a vested interest in developing you to be an expert in their field and a top performer. Prior to this, the MD billed in excess of £600,000 per year whilst managing a team of 10.
By being one of the first people into the business you will have excellent opportunity for career progression and financial earnings. They have strong growth plans and want to develop talent internally into management positions.
Commission structure is a flat 33% of what you bill (above threshold which is linked to your base).
The earning potential is outstanding due to the seniority of the level of the candidates they place. They typically place senior Contract and Interim professionals on day rates of between £400 - £2000 per day.
This covers both IT and Business change. The business focusses on recruiting Project and Programme resource; from technical contractors to heads of function on an Interim basis within the Insurance and Finance space.
You will be working with Large Blue chip clients on large projects and get excellent exposure to business.
They have excellent experience winning extremely large projects with multiple hires. The largest project the MD won and delivered on was worth more than 1 million pounds.
