The Team is a part of Group Operations.
Key Responsibilities:

You will monitor and process Client Requests, ensuring that all queries are handled in a timely and accurate manner

You will process and settle financial transactions made by the bank in an efficient, controlled, risk-free and timely manner

You will cooperate with other divisions of the bank, for example, liaising with traders, liaising with banking operations officers in other Credit Suisse regions, countries and departments

You will booking of Italian Withholding Tax

You will Monitoring of Counterparty Instructions

You will Processing of manual orders via e-mail
Open to discussing flexible/agile working.You Offer 

You hold a Finance Degree

You are fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)

You have +1 corporate Experience

You independently execute all tasks in own team area of responsibility

You consistently build own experience in successful handling of difficult, complex, and non-standard cases with support and/or under supervision of others

You have ability to advice and supports own team members with own knowledge and experience

You build own network of contacts across units and borders and maintain positive relationships

You support team leaders in handling incidents, clients' complaints and inquiries

You support trainers and controllers by giving advice and explaining the business context of the process
Soft competencies

You have strong attention to details skills and can work to high quality standards

You can work under pressure and cope with tights deadlines

You are self-starter with positive attitude to adapt in changing environment
