Description

The Branch Licensing Coordinator is a key point of contact for DSF and ESF advisors as it pertains to onboarding, contracting, licensing and continuing education. This person is the liaison between the branch and AHCA and will process all paperwork for hiring and termination of employees, financial professionals, non-registered fingerprinted personnel, SPAN employees, interns and RSA/RSA Brokers. The BLC will coordinate with pre-contract associates regarding their study materials and study calendars, including management of SmartSheets reporting for the management team. This role will support the DMs in proving a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new associates, and provide a staff point-of-contact for new associates as they acclimate to the branch, including assisting with technology onboarding and issues.
As part of our small branch team, this position will also play a key role in daily branch operations, serving as a backup to the receptionist, partner to the recruiter and admin assistant for the management team, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

AXA Advisors is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team-member that is able to coordinate/collaborate as well as be effective working independently. The right individual will possess research and data gathering ability, strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, the ability manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks, and must have excellent proofreading ability. Basic to intermediate word processing and spreadsheet knowledge is helpful. Previous experience in a professional environment and a Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
