Join us and let's shape the future of Credit Suisse together.We Offer For the Senior Business Analyst role you will join the highly regarded and global Credit Risk IT (BA) within the Warsaw office on key Global Credit Risk projects for the Risk and Finance IT Department.
The role involves owning the business analysis for major change requests raised against T+0 system, the T+0 System acts as a pre-trade analysis tool, being a real time credit risk calculator for which time of calculation/operation is a critical factor.
The T+0 team is based in London, Bangalore, Warsaw.There are multiple regulatory programs that generate work within the CRIS system, including BCBS, GCCO, CCAR and many more.

The department has 50 Business Analysts globally spread over 8 different locations. The department has implemented an operating model that enables Business Analysts to work front to back, interacting with both Business representatives and Developers.

You have strong analytical skills to quickly understand and break down complex issues and problems to come up with sound and rational judgments and solutions.

You effectively elicit business and functional requirements and clearly document them within Jira/Confluence ecosystem.

You have experienced with crafting IT solutions for complex business problems, business processes, and bringing them to life.

You are an effective communicator to be able to manage key and numerous business partners well and make sure you deliver the intended business value to the clients.

You are the Scrum enthusiast and promote agile approach to others in the organization and foster collaboration with scalable scrum in mind.

You think ahead and take initiative before the course of action proves ineffective.

You have exposure to the Credit Risk environment would be ideal.
Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:

You will gather and review business requirements.

You will be analyzing impact of change to the existing processes and system flows & documentation.

You will coordinate with CRO IT partners on the readiness for SIT/UAT/Regression.

You will track and facilitate issues resolutions during SIT/UAT/Regression.

You will support Business Users and Developers during the whole software lifecycle.

You will ensure Secrecy rules met at all times.
