- Experience in project sales and business management within Healthcare industry
- Proven ability and willingness to market professional products and solutions
- High degree of healthcare market and clinical workflow understanding mandatory
- Capable to discuss with clinicians and medical professionals on all levels up to C-level
- Good understanding of Channel Management / Indirect Business Management
- Experience in International working environment
- Business development experience
- Language Qualifications: Fluent in either Flemish/ dutch or French and English verbally & written - ability to work within a Pan-European team where English is the corporate language
- Fast thinking, self-confident and highly motivated manager with a restless and courageous “can do” and solution oriented attitude
- Strong Management skills and proven ability to effectively operate and communicate in a demanding and international environment
- Proven track record of solid business judgement, loyalty, integrity and respect of peers
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; strong cross functional influencing skills and teamwork JOB PURPOSE:

- This is a significant hands-on role, with a clear focus on execution
- Develop Business for Sony’s Hospital Solution with a particular focus on Smart Integrated Digital Operating Room Solutions based on Video over IP technology
- Develop and manage project pipeline with relevant key stakeholders KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE FOR DECISION MAKING:


- Develop customer value proposition together with team in Europe
- Achieve targets, top and bottom line
- Manage business development in defined target markets Responsibilities:

- Build relationship with selected key luminary hospital reference sites
- Select and build strong relationship with dedicated system integrators in defined target markets
- Build a healthy pipeline of project leads with a +2 years’ time range
- Develop business for and market Sony’s Hospital Solution offerings in defined target markets
- Ensure close communication and VOC feedback into R&D and solution development team
- Support new proof of concepts to further strengthen Sony’s Hospital Solution proposition Additional:

Willingness to frequent travel
