A person hired at this position will be responsible for:Developing long-term business relationship with Korean OEM to ensure the provision of good service and products whilst achieving the company internal economic metrics;
Supporting project requirements through co-ordination of tasks with Sales, Program Management and Company in Korea;Identifying with Sales team business growth opportunities for STP;Coordinating with local Sales actions to achieve required annual business growth as specified in STP;Communicating with all levels and functions of customers business to ensure Company is correctly aligned for maintaining and growing the business in both Europe and Korea;Liaising closely with customer to achieve high degree of customer satisfaction whilst maintaining the company business goals;Facilitating communication between customer and company to ensure mutual understanding of goals.
University Degree in Engineering or similar technical qualification;Fluent Korean, very good command of English, fluent mastery of general and technical conversation and writing;Business development skills and knowledge of methodologies and tools (planning, problem solving, etc.);Background in sales, project management, business development;Experience in business development in Automotive sector (Tier 1);Strong leadership and experience in managing teams;
