A person hired at this position will be responsible for:
-Developing long-term business relationship with Korean OEM to ensure the provision of good service and products whilst achieving the company internal economic metrics;

-Supporting project requirements through co-ordination of tasks with Sales, Program Management and Company in Korea;
-Identifying with Sales team business growth opportunities for STP;
-Coordinating with local Sales actions to achieve required annual business growth as specified in STP;
-Communicating with all levels and functions of customers business to ensure Company is correctly aligned for maintaining and growing the business in both Europe and Korea;
-Liaising closely with customer to achieve high degree of customer satisfaction whilst maintaining the company business goals;
-Facilitating communication between customer and company to ensure mutual understanding of goals.

-University Degree in Engineering or similar technical qualification;
-Fluent Korean, very good command of English, fluent mastery of general and technical conversation and writing;
-Business development skills and knowledge of methodologies and tools (planning, problem solving, etc.);
-Background in sales, project management, business development;
-Experience in business development in Automotive sector (Tier 1);
-Strong leadership and experience in managing teams;
