Description

The Operations Support Analyst is responsible for processing business activities related to the Getaways deal pipeline. This includes, but is not limited to promotion creation, processing internal customer requests and troubleshooting. The Operations Support Analyst will serve as the liaison between the Getaways Pipeline teams and the internal customers to ensure the support process is a frictionless experience and assist with process improvements.


Primary Responsibilities:- Assist in the deal creation process by completing various functions related to setup
- Complete launch and pre-launch QA processes
- Process internal customer ticket requests related to rate and deal setup updates while meeting service level agreements
- Run price shops and compile Inventory sheets
- Liaise between the deal pipeline team and internal customers to ensure support is frictionless and meets business needs
- Troubleshoot issues with deal setup and provide feedback to internal customers
- Troubleshoot issues with live deals and cross communicate with account owners on resolution and provide timely status updates
- Facilitate resolution with content, rate, and availability issues



Requirements:- English is a mandatory requirement (Alta level 8+ / B2)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to own and execute on multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong communication skills in written and verbal English
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Experience in the travel trade and/or ecommerce is a plus
- Possess excellent organizational skills
