Business Process Improvement Managers will:


- Engage in a systematic inventory, mapping and evaluation of all our end-to-end lifecycles, value chains, value streams, business processes and processes.
- Create a business process management structure for the group
- Engage with business process owners to restructure business process mindset
- Identify & grow departmental continuous improvement personnel & culture


Your responsibilities as a Business Process /Continuous Improvement Managers are to:


- Grow continuous improvement counterparts across departments and regions
- Help departments and regions counterparts:
- Map current processes & system architecture
- Assess processes and services maturity
- Identify measurement needs and key metrics
- Explore process improvement opportunities
- Lead improvement projects spanning across departments and regions, when needed
- Support improvement projects led by departments and regions counterparts, when needed
- Update senior management on improvement initiatives
- Identify improvement methodology for each projects
- Identify key requirements for process automation
- Identify continuous improvement counterparts in each department
