As the global workforce evolves and organizations continue to change, the People Advisory Services (PAS) practice provides clients with an effective set of integrated offerings solving their most pertinent people related business challenges. This role is part of our efforts to enhance our PAS practice in the Netherlands.
As a member of the PAS Performance team you will join an experienced and diverse group of professionals that is engaged in assisting clients to effectively manage their people related business challenges. Our PAS Performance team focusses on projects related to culture and behavioral change, and/or organizational change management. You will deliver high quality client service and insightful solutions while balancing multiple priorities and projects. Your projects will often take place in an international and dynamic environment. Your role within a project is to support clients in managing change throughout transformations and/or transactions, managing people and cultural risk, and integrating transformations and transactions effectively for other functions as well. In these projects it is expected to bring in your ideas, knowledge, experience, enthusiasm and project management skills to help the clients resolve their challenges. In addition, you will lead a team of consultants in performing their tasks while being responsible for the end deliverables.
As a Manager Performance you will have the following responsibilities:
Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients on Change Management projects while demonstrating thorough understanding of complex transformation, culture and (behavioral) change concepts.
Be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions.
Manage project deadlines, risks and dependencies in order to deliver the best end result for the client, within the agreed budget.
Identify and generate new business opportunities and pro-actively generating new client opportunities, by understanding EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve (existing) clients, manage business development and account management efforts, and (further) develop lasting relationships with clients.
Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior colleagues and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people and company.
What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future
A minimum of 6 years’ experience including, for example, previous work with a Big Four firm, global management consultancy firm, or niche consultancy, or performed an in-house role where you managed staff on multiple projects and provided direction to team members.
A university degree in Business, Change Management, Human Resources or Psychology.
A self-starter, analytical, flexible and resilient with a strong focus on quality.
Client focused with a commercial drive and a proven track record in driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects.
Is passionate about the people side of Change Management or culture/ behavioral change and takes pride in the work they do.
