Description

Change ManagerThe role of the Change Manager is responsible for :

(i) developing a change management strategy with internal and external stakeholders upon diagnosing scope and impact of change

(ii) managing the impact on staff and clients, including training, internal & external communication

(iii) cascading the customer value proposition and business value of GWP 2.0 throughout the organization, and driving staff and client adoption of the new wealth platform

(iv) overseeing the implementation of the change strategy to effectively shift the organization culture on the wealth execution front

(v) ensuring a smooth transition from old to new way of working, shifting change resistance to an increased acceptance of change with minimized disruption

(v) working with CFS leadership to support them in fulfilling their role as program sponsors and leaders

(vi) working with program leads in integrating change management activities into master program plan

Qualifications

- Strong track record of change management experience of more than 3 years as change lead


- Exceptional experience and knowledge of change management principles, structured methodologies and tools to lead change management activities


- Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process


- Experience in banking industry and wealth related projects is a plus


- Proven ability at developing effective change management strategies which have successfully influenced staff and clients


- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges


- Ability to work with all levels in the organization


- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
