Strategic external communications


Strategic internal communications

News media relationship


Social media presence


Internet and intranet sites


Graphic design and print materials


Speeches and talking points


Marketing, advertising and promotion


Supervision: Leads, provides guidance to, and supervises a team of communication and design professionals (5 staff) and the Headquarters' customer service team (5 staff).


Regular travel is required, including overnight travel. The Communications Director attends out of town meetings which require multiple days of overnight travel, approximately six to seven times per year.
