The opportunity

At the moment we are looking for a
Consultant Private Client Services
for our office in
Diegem
. As a Private Client Services Consultant you will be actively involved in estate planning and advisory activities for high net worth and business related individuals, in national and cross-border situations.

Key responsibilities

You prepare and implement (personal) tax planning in national & cross-border situations (emigration, immigration, (real estate) investments in Belgium and abroad, transfer of personal companies, transfer of family business to the next generation,…);
You prepare and implement estate planning in national & cross-border situations (gift and inheritance tax planning, philanthropic planning…);
You assist in family governance projects (family charters, setting up of a family office,…);
You prepare resident and non-resident tax returns for high net worth and business related individuals (income tax returns, inheritance tax returns…);
You assist family business related and high net worth individuals during tax audits, tax claims, etc.

Your profile

You have a master degree in law ; an additional master degree in tax or notary law is an additional asset;
You have a first experience and interest in estate planning and personal tax matters;
You have a good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes…);
French is your mother tongue, you speak English fluently and you have a very good passive knowledge of Dutch ; speaking Dutch fluently is an additional asset;
You have the ability to work autonomously but also like to work in a small team;
You are eager to progress and have an analytical mind;
You have outstanding writing skills and are a good communicator.
