In Nestlé Nordic, part of the world’s leading food and beverage company Nestlé, we are looking for a Consumer Services Specialist for our Nordic Consumer Engagement Services Team, part of our Nordic Corporate Communications department. As one of our team members has been promoted to Risk Management and Treasury Specialist, we are looking for a new colleague who can get onboard as soon as possible.
We are a successful team that are helping our Nordic consumers with questions, complaints, queries or views on our company, and the products and services that we provide.
In this role, you will report to our Nordic Consumer Engagement Services Team Leader, Janet Borg. You will be based at our Nordic head office in Ørestad, Copenhagen.

In this role, you will be important in helping influencing Nestlé’s position on the Nordic market. You will be able to build a large network across functions and countries in Nestlé Nordic.
Your future challenges
As Consumer Service Specialist you act as prime contact point for consumers who have questions, complaints and queries or views on Nestlé, our products and the Nescafé Dolce Gusto web shop.
Your tasks will be to:
• Handle and record contacts via e-mail, social media, telephone
• View and assess social media posts about Nestlé and our brands
• Maintain in-depth knowledge about Nestlé products in the market and be the owner/specialist of one product category towards the rest of the team
• Maintain good knowledge about Nestlé’s position on a variety of topics
• Be a representative of the consumer towards our internal stakeholders. This includes the creation of insights reports
• Act as a community manager on our social media channels (mainly Facebook) and proactively drive the conversations.
Your experiences and qualifications
You have previous experience from consumer/customer service, call center or other service-oriented job and an interest and some experience with social media. Experience with community management and social listening is a plus.
It is key that you are fluent (speak, read and write) in Swedish, Finnish and English. Danish and Norwegian language skills are an advantage (but not a requirement) since we are a Nordic team that support each other.
You are a proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
We expect you to have a Bachelor’s degree or similar, as a minimum.
