We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.


In this role, you will:


- To identify customer’s retail needs with sufficient talking skill
- To introduce the right product to customers with correct information
- To fulfill customers’ needs based on their consent
- To deliver the high quality sales and service in the conversation with customers
- To ensure the regulatory requirements are fulfilled in all processes
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial marke


Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Diploma degree or above
• Strong communication, coordination and multi-tasking skills, banking related experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment is required
• Excellent communication skills and sense of sales service
• Good Mandarin, English will be a plus.
