FinanciarThecontract manager's task is to ensure consistent management  of all proposals and contracts. This generallyincludes oversight of  the contractmanagement process, as well as development of  specific standards for bidding and submission,contract negotiations and document management.RESPONSIBILITIES:Identifies potential activities andsituations that might require contracts and agreements and coordinates with allparties, as needed.Define and update contract management processflow Define and update contract management toolsand templates Ensure implementation of contract managementgovernance for all customers and suppliersVerify compliance of contract managementprocess flow for all customers and suppliersConducts detailed review of all contractsPrepares and reviews contract drafts andagreements to ensure accuracy and completeness Incorporates revisions made by variousparties of the contracts and agreements.Ensures that invoices are submitted accordingto contract provisions.Maintains close relation with servicedelivery managers to ensure that services are provided in accordance with theterms and conditions of the contract.Reviews the terms and conditions of eachexpiring contract/agreementEnsures that reviews of expiring contractsare conducted prior to expiration and recommendations for renewal/nonrenewableare made in a timely fashion.Prepares correspondence, memos, summaries andissue papers in accordance with established formats and specified timelines.Develops and cultivates effective workingrelationships with a wide variety of contacts to facilitate accomplishing theCompany's goals and objectives.Establish and maintain supplier relationshipsby serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters  Maintains close relation with contractsupervisor Manage record keeping (related correspondenceand documentation )for all contractsCommunicate contract-related information toall stakeholders QUALIFICATIONSPrior workexperience in a contract management role, such  as purchasing or contracting.Proficiency inutilizing and interpreting financial models  and analyses.Experience inapplying organizational standards when  developingrequests for proposals, negotiating terms and  drafting contracts.Ability tosystematically analyze complex problems, draw  relevant conclusions and implement appropriatesolutions.Strong verbal andwritten skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that otherscan readily follow.Excellent negotiatingand persuasive skills, both in one-on- one and group situations.
