Responsible for supervising / reviewing E2E building block deliverables, as well as review of operational assessment including IFRS 17 data requirements, system implications.


- To provide project supports with key focus on project governance, documentation and administrative arrangement for the IFRS 17 Project Management Office and other project team members
- To provide wide range project governance, documentation and administrative support to the PMO and project team
- Assist Project Managers in project planning and monitoring of project progress
- Performing system documentation like project management plan, costing, etc.
- To organise meetings at internal/external venues, prepare agenda and take minutes
- To communicate and cooperate with project teams within/outside the company, including other departments (including Finance, Actuarial and IT teams in different workstreams), regional office, consultants and vendors
- To handle daily correspondence, help prepare management and others reports, assist in ad-hoc tasks/ assignments
- To prepare slides, papers, procurement process or deliverables to be shared for internal or external parties related to the project (e.g. regulator, HKFI, consultants, vendors)
- Assist other BAU project and team management activities when needed


- Degree holder in Business of Finance disciplines
- At least 9-10 (SM)/7-8 (M)/5-6 (AM)/4 (SO) years relevant experience
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong sense of ownership, interpersonal skills and resources planning
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills with proven track record in multi-function team
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint will be an advantage
