Responsibilities

Human Resources Administrative which inclusive of: information update, filling and other ad-hoc request.

- Perform a wide variety of record keeping and on-boarding process for APAC country

- Welcome new employees and explain working conditions & benefits at SWIFT

- Benefits administration for the APAC countries

- Take part to any broader HR projects

Qualifications

Education:

Possess or currently pursuing Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent.

Intern that we are looking for:

Good Planning and organizational skills with a mixture of skillset in Administration

Able to work in fast pace environment

Able to work independently

Assertive in communication

Excellent communication skills and proficient in English

Great team player, flexible with positive mindset

Must be willing to commit to at least 3+ months of internship.
