Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
8 years of experience in creative agencies as a Creative, Planner, Business Director, or Executive producer working on local and global campaigns.
Experience with the creative development process from brief to ideation and execution.
Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin or Cantonese fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
Understanding of branding, creative ecosystems, and agency networks and culture.
Ability to tell stories guided by audience and industry insights, demonstrating creative with structured thinking.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects, proactively engaging stakeholders, and effectively manage ambiguity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through with team members to achieve overall business objectives.
Ability to quickly adapt and continuously improve and reiterate working processes under minimum guidance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.

As the Creative Development Lead, you will motivate and enable advertisers, creative agencies, and media agencies to build the most impactful campaigns on our platforms, especially YouTube. You are part of a team of creative advocates who want to realize the full potential of ideas and storytelling at Google. Our aim is to be the team that advertisers and creative makers turn to for inspiration and guidance when bringing their ideas to life at Google.
In this role, you will deliver 1:1 consultation and inspire and shape how the marketing and creative industry evolves with digital innovation. You will engage marketers and creative makers in public forums and work closely with brand consultants to provide the best of Google to our clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Global Google creative community and Asia-Pacific (APAC) Sales and Marketing teams. Your experience in brand communication and creative strategy, combined with excellent communication skills and business judgment will allow you to identify, educate, and invite advertisers and agencies to embrace Google's advertising platforms and technologies.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Conduct trainings and workshops about Google’s creative (i.e.i, Video, Apps, Display) for advertisers and agencies, working closely with our internal brand consultants and Sales team. Ensure our clients are equipped to craft the right creative on Google platforms.
Establish a creative community of Google advocates by representing Google’s creative voice, advocating creative best practices at industry events.
Bridge advertisers with the Google Creative team and third party agencies.
Lead the creative business plan and regular review with internal stakeholders.
