Customer Contact Center Senior Vice President 

If you think you are the ideal candidate for our “Customer Contact Center SVP” position in our Operations Group located partially in Istanbul and Kahramanmaras to be responsible for leading the Contact Center and Complaint Management Team;

 

If you think you have the following qualifications;

•Bachelor's degree (master’s degree will be a plus),
•Minimum 10 years of related experience in banking and/or telecommunications,
•Innovative for new technology and services to be implemented in Contact Center for business needs
•Excellent verbal and written English and Turkish communication skills
•Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and possess professional work ethic; high level of integrity, transparency and honesty; proactive and solution-focused
•Excellent organizational and leadership skills with people management skills
•Ability to travel to Kahramanmaras Operations Center on a periodical basis
 

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilites;

•Improve efficiency by developing new processes / solutions to accomplish transformation in Contact Center and Complaint Management team
•Communicate and collaborate with the global stakeholders to share best practices and learning from different perspective
•Improve sales and service activities including in-house/outsource operations with financial KPI’s
•Developing processes/products with stakeholders and collaborate in agile environment, with Agile way of working knowledge
•Delegate projects with a clear set of agreed objectives and frequently review project progress and seek corrective actions
•Engage people around the table for commitment to achieve pre-defined targets to create a think forward business line
•Translate business goals into projects/products, plan and prioritize projects/products with relevant IT departments/tools
•Collaborate and communicate with 3rd party business partners for procurement
•End to end management of Contact Center and Compliant Management team in Kahramanmaras
