Job Description SummaryBuild strong strategic Organized Retail Channel thinking to ensure sustainable & profitable growth for our System within Dominican Republic.Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of Channel opportunities (PITA and Shopper insights) that ensures faster Coca-Cola System growth, gain more than fair share.
- Organized, by Sub channel, Shopping Missions, Occasions & Non-Alcoholic ready to drink categories.
- Collaborating with functional units & bottlers to accelerate category growth (volume & value), with foundation on Modern Trade thinking
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the value chain of both the customer and system in the implementation of value-added solutions
- Maximize Consumer & Shopper insights to create compelling Strategies & Tactics (Executable look of success)
- Command Shopper Marketing, quality execution, route-to-market, revenue growth management & Shopper Driven Category management as core drivers for growth
- Assure world class System capabilities to attend modern trade requirements (from Category Management to route-to-market Solutions)
- Create System alignment behind Modern Trade agenda, creating open lines of communication at all levels within franchise units and Bottlers
- Stewarding parameters to improve overall System & Customer profitability.

Applicants qualifications:

- +5 years managing customer relationships within Fast moving consumer goods companies
- Marketing and operations experience
