Do you have strong communication skills (native Dutch / Flemish), and would you like to work in an international environment, assisting customers from all around the world? This is your chance, because we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen our Customer Service team in sunny Barcelona!As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with various challenges by phone or e-mail (B2C)
- Giving advice and providing solutions
- Maintaining a good customer relationship
- Making sure that all issues are solved and documented

- Discipline, accuracy and reliability
- Respectful and positive attitude towards customers

- Ability to express yourself in a coherent and concise manner

What you need:
- Native level of Dutch or Flemish
- Good level of English
- Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
- Basic computer skills are required
- Call center experience is a plus, but not a must
